1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of medical and healthcare products, not all items are eligible for return. The following cannot be returned:
Opened or used items
Perishable goods (e.g. medicine with short expiry)
Items marked as "Non-returnable" or “Final Sale”
Prescription medications (as required by law)
Personal care or hygiene products
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos as proof before sending a replacement or processing a refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact our support team.
