Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines, including Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. For remote or out-of-delivery areas, additional lead time may apply.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframe
Location Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Manila 1–3 business days
Luzon (outside NCR) 2–5 business days
Visayas & Mindanao 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, bad weather, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping may be offered on select promotions or for orders above ₱[Insert Threshold].

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected courier.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order using the courier's tracking portal.

7. Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

Natural calamities or extreme weather

Courier service disruptions

Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international locations at this time.
