This high-performance fiber cast roll—made of fiberglass or polyester fabric impregnated with water-activated polyurethane resin—is engineered for fracture immobilization and orthopedic support. It's lightweight, strong, and quick-setting: just dip in water for 3–6 seconds, wrap around the limb with protective padding underneath, and shape gently. It hardens in mere minutes and becomes weight-bearing in approximately 20 minutes. The cast offers excellent breathability, X-ray transparency, and is waterproof.
